Your appointments and the report

For inspectors: the day's appointments, marking en route and completed, and composing and delivering a report from the field.

You were invited by your company; accepting the invitation made your account an inspector's. The app has one screen that matters: Appointments.

Appointments

Upcoming is the default — everything assigned to you, soonest first, each with the inspection type, the property, the date, and a status badge. Delivered switches to reports you have already submitted, newest first.

Open an appointment for the full picture: the property on a map, the schedule, the agent's contact details, any messages on the appointment, and the actions for its current state. An hour before each appointment, the app reminds you.

On the day

Two taps, in order:

  1. I'm on my way (en route) as you leave. The agent is told.
  2. Mark inspection completed when you finish on site. The agent is told, and this starts the 48-hour report clock.

Do not mark completed before you have actually done the inspection — it is the claim the payment rules are built on.

The report

Submit inspection report opens the composer. A report is a list of findings plus an optional PDF.

Findings

Add finding for each item:

  • Title — short, specific: "GFCI outlet not tripping — kitchen".
  • Description — what you saw and why it matters.
  • Severity — one of Info, Minor, Moderate, Major, Safety hazard. The agent reads the report grouped by this, safety hazards first, so pick honestly.
  • Photos — Add photo as many times as needed. Photos upload the moment you pick them, so the report you eventually submit is quick to send even on a poor signal.

PDF

If your company produces a full PDF report from its own software, attach it. A report can be findings only, PDF only, or both; the button says which it is delivering — Deliver report (3 findings + PDF).

Drafts

A report in progress is saved on your phone. Leave to check something on the appointment, take a call, let the app go to the background — when you come back, everything is where you left it, photos included. Discard draft at the bottom throws it all away, photos too, if you want to start over.

Deliver

Deliver report submits it. This is the moment that matters: the agent and the buyer they shared with see the report immediately, your company's payout clock starts, and the report becomes a record — it cannot be edited after delivery. Read it through once before tapping.

After delivery

The appointment moves to Delivered, where View report shows exactly what the agent sees. Anything to add or correct afterwards goes through your company, as a separate note to the agent; the delivered report itself stays as it was.

If you are late

Past 48 hours the agent, your company and you are all reminded. Deliver as soon as you can — the agent can choose to accept a late report — but be aware that some days after that the agent's money is refunded automatically and the job is gone. The payment guide has the exact timing.
